Joy. My word for 2023 was joy. Find joy. Choose joy. Joy in the process. Joy in the everyday small moments. 2023 was infused with joy.
I enjoyed many warm cups of tea and lots of delicious food. We spent so much time with our family. We took a few trips to the beach. So so so much traveling. I enjoyed hours and hours of teaching & creating. It was a good year.
When I pick a word for the year I mull over different words until one feels right. Sometimes a word pops up over and over again. In the past my words have been Magic, Love, Flexible, Courage. A friend recently shared that her word for 2024 is Connection. For 2024, the word that I keep coming back to is Peace.
2024 is going to be a big year of change. We know we are moving this summer, and we have an idea of where to. We aren't ready to announce it publically quite yet. 2024 will be about finding peace in the chaos. Protecting my peace. Feeling at peace with our choices.

We have about 6 more months left in Italy. It has been an incredible 4 years and I am so so so thankful for each and every person I have met in Aviano.
Aviano Arts & Craft Center Classes
My teaching contract with the Aviano Arts & Craft Center expires February 28th and I will not be renewing before we leave. I am finalizing my schedule and I will let you all know ASAP.
Paint Parties
My schedule will be open through May 17th. If you would like to host a Paint Party I would love to work with you. Art + Yoga + Hiking Retreat

Art Show
I have a vision to host a 1 day pop up art show before we leave. I am still in the planning stages. I am really excited to bring this idea to life.
